We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping time

Estimated transit time is 14–30 calendar days after dispatch. Total delivery time includes both processing time and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.

Shipping method

Orders are sent by standard parcel shipping. The carrier may vary according to the delivery address and parcel requirements. Shipping or tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation when available.

Shipping fees

For United States orders below $199 USD, shipping is $12.99 USD. United States orders of $199 USD or more qualify for free shipping. The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
